Wood Arrangement Booth

INFORMATION ー

Silent was mandated to design a common booth for Wood Arrangement, a regroupment of Japanese wood working companies wanting to promote their respective skills during the international trade faire
Living & Design at INTEX Osaka.

The request from the clients was that the image of “Wood” more than the respective products should catch the eye of the visitor.
Lumber usually used for the construction of traditional japanese houses have been combined with canopy shadows on the walls letting the booth appear natural and warm. The floor was partially covered with wood chips revealing a nice and subtle sent of pine wood.
OSB boxes with light up acrylic tops display present the products with a touch of  sharpness.
